Hi, so this is my little nephew, he is 7 months old. I have no idea how his mom takes care of him because I’m in another country, but I want to know what is this. Tbh I think I’m more worried than his mom. She doesn’t pay attention to too much 🙄

The best way to really know what this is, is to take him to see a Doctor. I don’t think you’ll get an accurate guess on here. 
Just FYI though and I mean this in the kindest way, next time you post pictures try to blur his face out. I would be livid if I found out someone posted pictures of my kids online without my permission.

At first glance I thought baby acne, but when I looked at how much of his body was cover im starting to think he’s allergic to something. Maybe food, type of soap, or detergent? I would try to see a dermatologist about it. Most doctors won’t know for certain, but a dermatologist will know.

It could be a reaction to the laundry soap or washing sopap, it needs to be unscented no dies. Also he could have a bad case of eczema doctor can prescribe a prescription

I pulled up the ingredients on line and cross-referenced with the long list of ingredients my daughter is supposed to avoid. I highlighted the ones that are pretty much always corn derived in yellow and the ones that typically are in orange.

My daughter has a corn allergy and this is what happens when she eats any type of corn, including preservatives that are corn based. It could be an allergic reaction.
