my daughter was 6 lbs 9 oz and was in newborn about 4-6 weeks. she could have worn preemie but we just let her clothes be a bit big

6 lbs 2 oz was in preemie for 6 weeks and newborn until 3 months old. 
6 lbs 10 oz was in preemie for 2 weeks and newborn for a month. 
Both were born full term.

My son wore preemie clothing for a month and then newborn for another month or so. He’s now 14 months and just starting to outgrow his 6-9 month clothing.
