Missed bc pills and no bleeding after missing the pills and no period

So I missed a couple of pills on my pack and I didn’t have any bleeding from missing my pills I am now about 4 days late from my predicted period and I still am getting BFN I have called the doctor and they will call me back to get an appointment. I did have unprotected sex not sure if it’s just my body or if I could be pregnant and just don’t have enough hcg. I have been having the side effects like feeling very tired nauseous headaches and sore boobs.
