Good remedies for cramps?
Midol doesn’t really work for me and I’ve tried 800mg ibrupofen and that doesn’t help too much either. I’ve been using a heating pad for my lower stomach area and that seems to help a bit. Anyways, anyone have any other good remedies they could share? My cramps get so bad I just wanna sit on the couch and cry
