10w4d with first baby. Is it safe to swim/float in lake? We spend a good chunk of our summer by the lake and while i don’t want to risk anything, i don’t want to overheat by not swimming. I bought a float to just hang out in the lake with. As long as I’m not in a super populated beach area (which we don’t go to) and I’m not tubing/skiing, etc, is it safe to go to the lake while pregnant?
