So myself and DH are in month 5 ttc. To be honest the first few cycles it was hard enough getting my head around charting BBT, OPKs and CM - so much so I only feel like I started to get to know what I was doing this cycle-ish!

Problem is, I have irregular periods - ranging from 26 days to 37 days. I have never really seen a spike in BBT and I don’t think I have ever had a positive OPK (always testing after work at 3.30pm after holding it in a while) I am currently CD28. We have been on holiday this month for 2 weeks with family so have not been able to commit to BDing and testing as I’d usually do. After a very short cycle last month - 26 days - when I got home from holiday I decided to check OPKs until AF appeared (I’d usually just do between 7-12 days before and after Glow/Flo was suggesting ovulation) Weirdly, I am getting fairly strong readings on the OPKs yesterday and today - stronger than I would usually get, but no definitive peak yet. I have taken a pregnancy test to double check but it’s a BFN.

My question really is - is it possible to ovulate this late in a cycle? If it is, I may have been missing it all this time...!!!

Any advice would be great, feel like I’ve been doing this wrong all this time!! 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈
