Gender Reveal Party at Wedding Reception?

My SO and I are getting married when I’m 22 weeks pregnant... We didn’t have a gender reveal party with #1 and kind of wanted to have one for this baby. Would it be trashy to have a gender reveal party at our wedding reception? 
What we’d do is have a 2 tier wedding cake. The top tier would be our “reveal” cake. We’d cut in to it together in front of our family and friends. We wouldn’t have blue and pink balloons or anything like that, just the cake would be a white cake with pink or blue on the inside. Yes or no?
