Do you believe your elders/relatives/family should be able to make decisions for your child despite what you say?
I've heard things like "grandparents have the right to make decisions for their grandchildren and the parents should trust their wisdom."
My husband and I are struggling with family not following the rules we set forth for our daughter. We usually get ignored or get responses like "I didn't know I had to ask you about every little thing" "I would never hurt her" "you should trust my judgement"
Do you experience this? What do you think?
