Help!! Implantation bleeding?!

I’m literally freaking out, so I have pcos & my cramps are HORRRID. My period is not due for 5 days & idk if I ovulated. I just went to the bathroom and wiped this? I have no cramps at all. Could this be implantation bleeding and should I test?!
