Had my first ultrasound today...but unfortunately we didn't get to see much 😢 they have me measuring a week behind so, no heartbeat to see. based on LMP I was supposed to be 6w5d, but the sac was 5w5d and fetal pole and tiny tiny embryo was present. over the last year I only had periods forced by medication and conceived with clomid (ovulation cd17/18) so possibly why it was off. I go back Monday for 1st tri bloodwork and glucose test (had GD last time ugh) and then in a week and a half for another ultrasound..should be able to see something then as long as everything's going as planned. just feeling super bummed and now every little cramp or spotting I'm going to be even more hyper aware and anxious
