Excercise? Is it enough?

I’ve been hitting the gym for about 2hrs twice a week. Total of 4hrs in the gym a week. My daughter is 11m old and i have 2 dogs so I’m usually trying to play with them or doing house stuff, running errands all that fun stuff. I try to get some extra stuff in during the week. And we’ve started hiking and are gonna try doing that about every other week or so.

But glow seems to be telling me i need to do more. And i just dunno if i have the energy between everything in my family. My at home yoga time has lately been dedicated to getting homework done.

Does anyone know of maybe some 30 min sessions i can do in between gym days? Or should be 4hrs a week be ok for the time being till my energy picks back up and I’m done with school?

Thanks! I’ll appreciate any tips or quick yoga routines.

(I do prefer yoga for at home workouts. I don’t have any other equipment and it helps my anxiety)
