Am I running out of breast milk?

This is the 2nd time I pumped today and I wasn’t able to make more than a 4 oz bottle. Normally I can make 8 oz bottle in one pump session. Where did all my milk go???

What you get from pumping isn't an indication of how much milk you're producing.

That's a bit of an oversupply. How old is baby? As baby gets older your milk will regulate more.

Have you been drinking enough water? Mine would dip when I pumped if I hadn’t had enough water

1/2 to 2oz total per session is an average amount. You have an oversupply. I wouldn’t worry much about the drop. Pumping isn’t an adequate way to tell what you make. I don’t get anything when I pump and I’ve been breastfeeding for five years.
