Tattoos?

So I want this in red ink kinda under my boob area. But the only thing is I’m prone to keloids. I got a ugly one from a rejected belly piercing. What do you guys think?

I have a few keloids, including a belly ring one and I have 16 tattoos and none of them made keloids.

I don't really know much about keliods (however you spell it), but my sister's prone to them. She went to see a specialist and they told her no picking, no piercings and to avoid as much irritation and damage to the skin as possible. I think that if you want it I would first talk to a doctor. I would assume that by getting a tattoo it may cause a keliod, just because it's a needle being pushed into the skin over and over. But like I said, I'm no doctor and the only person who can really give you accurate answers would be a physician.
