Severe cramps no bleeding 6 weeks pregnant
Hey - I was woken at 3am with really bad cramps in my lower abdomen and really bloated but no bleeding.
Obvious really worried but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same? Is this normal? Wondering whether to call the hospital...
