Advice Please

Okay so I met this guy. He is pretty much everything I could really ask for. He attentive, caring, has a great job, family oriented but there’s a couple problems one being his penis is small(about maybe 4in) and he a smoker... I’m not sure if I can look past either issue but don’t want to miss out a good thing. I’m a very sexual person and I don’t know if I’ll be satisfied in the long run. He gives amazing oral but it’s not enough. I’m lost on what to do here. Opinions, any advice would be greatly appreciated
