Does ovulation effect the effectiveness of spermicide

I’m ovulating and we use spermicidal condoms, well the condom ripped. What are my chances of getting pregnant?

Yes. There’s still a much higher risk than if you weren’t ovulating. Even if you do use spermicide condoms
