Bleeding 10 weeks

I woke up this morning with some bleeding. It was red/brown and filled the paper when I wiped at first but then it was very light and brown. Has anyone else experienced this? I never had bleeding with my daughter, but she was a singleton. The doctor said it’s normal unless I soak a pad an hour but I can’t help worrying because that sounds so extreme. Any advice would be appreciated!
