Teaching Toddler

My toddler is 2 yo. I try to engage her in things like reading or recognizing letters/numbers but it is hard keeping her attention. Like for example, when I try reading a book I will read 1-2 words then she will either turn to the next page without allowing me to finish or run of and move on to something else. When going through our alphabet flash cards I can only get to A, sometimes B. She’s super antsy and can’t sit still for more than 10 seconds at a time. She is constantly moving and easily distracted. It’s just me and her. Dad works during the day into the night. There’s no daycare or interaction with other kids her age. How do I engage her and keep her attention?
