A guy from college asked if I was free Friday so I said yes since he had mentioned a group get together before, but I was busy at the time. I wasn’t the closest with any of them, but felt sure, we can catch up. So it doesn’t sound like he has a group together right now, he just mentioned him, his gf, and another guy. Especially if it’s that few if people, I honestly don’t want to go. How can I nicely back out and say that Friday no longer works for me?
