why does everything my boyfriend do annoy me?

we have been together for 7 months or so and everything is perfect. we were good friends before we dated so we have a really good bond and we can talk about a lot of different things. as of late like the past two weeks, i just get annoyed over the smallest things and then they lead into big arguments. i love him and only want him but i can’t help the things i get mad about. the things i get mad at are stupid asf. he says something weird and i take it to heart and then we argue. he doesn’t kiss me goodnight and i freak out on him. he doesn’t text me back and i go ape shit crazy. why am i like this all of a sudden??? the first 6 months we barely argued and everything seemed too good to be true but now its a new petty argument everyday bc of me!! ugh i love him so why do i cause these stupid problems
