Spotting/possible clotting during ovulation

Hello! The past several cycles I have had spotting during the time that eve says is near/on ovulation timeframe. It is currently day 12 of my cycle and yesterday I had cramping and spotting, mostly brown and blood that’s dull red. Today this came out and I’m not entirely sure what to think of it. Is that a clot or some sort of discharge? I’m thinking it’s not normal but I’ve been to the gynecologist and she didn’t seem to concerned with this. I am sexually active with my boyfriend, and have gotten tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea, all negative.

Any thoughts on what this is? Thanks in advance!
