False Diagnosis?
Is it possible to get a false diagnosis of gestational diabetes?
I was diagnosed a few weeks ago and have been following the meal plan and checking my blood sugar and I've never had a number higher than 93 after meals (the highest I can get is 120) and usually it's between 70 and 90. Even with random meals where I wasn't entirely sure how many carbs I was eating and probably ate over my limit, I never have a problem. Is it possible to get a false diagnosis or are my numbers just really easily controlled? Either way, I'm eating crazy healthy so it's not like it's BAD, but I feel like I'm always so anxious about what my numbers might be and I guess it would just be nice to not have to worry so much.
