Yeah my name should be changed to anxiety because I live and breathe anxiety every second of every day

I’ve always been an anxious person but about 5 years ago my anxiety hit a point where the thought of dying sounded better than trying to live with the amount of anxiety I was dealing with... somehow it has gotten better and obviously there are bad days but most of the time I’m able to pretend like o don’t have crippling anxiety... other times I have panic attacks at work and just hope no one noticesb

I have terrible social anxiety. It makes everyday miserable for me. I've missed out on so many things in my life because of it. I've wasted what should've been the best years of my life because of my anxiety holding me back. My life could have been much happier without anxiety.
