How many DPO?/How many days before my period can I test and get a positive result?

If you have symptoms it is likely related to an elevated HCG. So I would recommend 11-12 DPO to avoid any false negatives but again even then can be too early. If you have the ability to test knowing it’s not 100% accurate then go for it.
