Early signs?

Hello!

I had a miscarriage Mother’s Day weekend this year. My husband and I decided we want to try again. This may be me getting my hopes up, but I feel like I am experiencing the early signs of pregnancy. I don’t have a missed period yet, if it’s going to happen, it’ll be in ten days. I wake up nauseous to the point I feel like I’m going to vomit, I’m very sensitive to smells as I was when I was pregnant with my two year old, and I have to pee a lot which I also experienced when I was pregnant with my now two year old. Did anyone else have these signs in the very beginning of their pregnancy?
