6 weeks 1 day brown and clearish pink discharge anyone else !?

wondering if I'm alone in this or has anyone else experienced this and if so how's it going?

They say brown is good, but that's how my miscarriage started. I was 6 weeks. I had light pink in my discharge the first day, then brown and pink the second day. By the 3rd day a lot of brown blood. I went to the doctor for an ultrasound. They couldn't find the baby. By the time I left, red blood and clots started filling up my pad. It was the worst time of my life. I went back to teaching the next day wearing my pads. I wasn't going to feel whole again until I was pregnant. We tried again as soon as I ovulated. We got pregnant with twins! Now my heart is so full and I am so grateful to have made it to 22 weeks today. I don't know why it happened, but our bodies have a way of knowing that something isn't right. I found comfort in several women that I spoke to. Seems like everyone I worked with had gone through a miscarriage.
