Help!

So yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend. It was a bit rough. I woke up this morning and there was brown blood in my underwear. I wiped, changed underwear, thought nothing of it and went back to sleep. I woke up later to more brown blood, no pain, no smell. But I’m wiped and there’s now red blood coming out.

During sex I felt a sharp pain throughout intercourses but tried not to think about it.

And a day before that I had pain in my left ovary.

Could I be pregnant? Is it a cyst? STD?

My period ended two days ago
