A bit terrified

so, I posted about how my husband and I decided to adopt a little girl because we wanted another child after my aortic dissection. although we always wanted to adopt, one of the leading factors of adopting right then was because it would be dangerous for me to get pregnant and go through labor. after not having my period for four months (I thought it was due to the complications of my surgery as the doctor assured me that it was normal) I took a test and it came out positive. I then went to my OB/GYN to confirm that I was in fact pregnant and the blood test came out positive. I then had an ultrasound and it revealed that I was having triplets! my obgyn said that I could find out the gender... and I'm having three beautiful identical girls!. I love my daughters so much and I refuse to abort them. I am terrified, not for my life, but for the three lives inside of me.
