Unsure about boob pain?

Just recently my boobs have been feeling a big weird, they feel tender and they hurt sometimes. I’ve always had one boob bigger than the other, maybe about a whole cup size bigger, and for as long as I can remember have had lots of acne, little Whitehead’s, on the underside of my breasts. I’ll get like random pings of tenderness first it was from the smaller one now it’s the bigger one. This has been going on for maybe three-four days? I’ll attach some photos so maybe I can get a second opinion if anything is up? It’s hard to trust myself especially when I get paranoid about things cause I tend to think I feel something there but maybe it’s just my mind making it up?
