She’s so fake...

My MIL has a history of being not so kind to me behind closed doors. Ex. She told me my husband settled for me as I was helping my ex sister in law with her wedding invites. She told my SIL that she was the best thing to happen to my brother in law. She ended up cheating on him and divorcing him so....🙄

Anyway, I’ve been with my husband for almost 13 years (almost 4 married). I am pregnant with our first child. Well, when it’s just her and me, or her and one of my siblings in law, she’s really freaking rude and makes it clear she doesn’t care about me or what I’m experiencing with the baby, such as me sharing the news about feeling first kicks, giving her an opportunity to hear the baby’s heartbeat, etc. In front of my husband or extended family members and strangers she is OVER THE TOP!

She hasn’t asked about the baby or made any attempt to see or talk to me in over two weeks, yet she tells my husband that she’s going to all these nice things and blah blah blah.

I just needed to rant. I’m so over her and his family 👋🏻
