Jamieson chewy prenatal vitamins

Hi ladies,

Just wondering if anyone has been taking these prenatal vitamins. They don’t taste so good but I can’t do pills at all ( I choke and puke, also pill cutter makes it worse) so this helps.

Are these good? I heard someone saying chewy prenatal vitamins are not as good as pills as they lack the essentials that only pills contain . I’m really confused. 🤷‍♀️ Please help!
