I feel horrible 😔

I need to vent. I was just trimming my 11 week olds nails. She wasn't squirming or moving. Just looking up at me smiling while i was trimming her nails with her baby nail clipper. Then all of a sudden she broke out screaming. Somehow her nail is broken all the way half way into her nail bed from where I was clipping. It was bleeding and it stopped but I feel so horrible and I feel like crying. I already called her dr and she said to put some neosporn on it.
