Apparently immunizations are created with aborted fetal cells?

Another group member posted that the immunizations we give our children are created with the cells of an aborted fetus. Can someone scientifically support this? It seems odd to me.

Personally, I do not have an ethical objection to using fetal tissue for the production of vaccines. Regardless of my position on abortion, the fetus is dead and will not turn into a human baby. If not used for research, it will be discarded as medical waste. Let something positive come from the sadness.

This is misleading, to put it kindly. There are a number of vaccines that are made with existing cell lines that were created around 50 years ago originally using aborted fetuses. Those abortions were not performed to collect tissue - they were for other reasons.  There is no current collection of fetal cells. 
Even conservative religious organizations maintain that the origin of the cell lines should not stop people from protecting their children from the many diseases that vaccines protect us from.

Unless women are being forced into involuntary abortions in order to obtain a larger supply of fetal tissue for vaccines, I fail to see the problem. 
I’ve personally had two D&C;’s for two nonviable pregnancies. One almost bled me to death until I agreed to the surgery, the other was a molar pregnancy which threatened cancer and had no viable fetal tissue at all. 
If the fetal tissue from my first D&C; was possibly “harvested” and used to decrease the threat of deadly diseases to my fellow man, THANK HEAVENS something positive came from that experience. That baby wasn’t meant to meet the world. And I personally believe that once it died inside me, it’s soul departed and all that was left was “tissue.” I was ready to part with it and move on. 
I won’t get on a vaccine vs antivax debate. In my experience most people are dead set in their thinking and it really just provokes argument. But as for the use of fetal tissue, it’s alright in my book. Especially since standard surgical consents specifically state that any body part, tissue, or fluid that is removed becomes the property of the hospital. If you have a problem with it, you have the right to amend your consent.... and your surgeon has the right to refuse your procedure. 🤷🏻‍♀️

one vaccine against chicken pox, Varivax®, produced by Merck using WI-38 and MRC-5;

one vaccine against rabies, Imovax®, produced by Aventis Pasteur, harvested from infected human diploid cells, MRC-5 strain;

 Walvax is the newest and the most controversial because the babies were aborted and kept alive on purpose for a better quality tissue. They aren’t supposed to deviate from the procedure in order to procure an organ.

Just wondering how long this will stay up before it goes into “unsubstantiated” despite the fact that it is 100%, absolutely positively true and accurate. They procure the little organs to grow the viruses on. Some of the babies were aborted years ago, but research Walvax 2. Its the most recent and the process for this one involved questionable ethics.
