What is this?

I noticed after taking my baby out of the bath he had some redness on his head. What could this be from? 😕 every little thing worries me. Could it be the soap I used? I used the same one I always did. He started crying while in the bath which never happens. The water didn’t feel too hot, I always check it over and over.
