So I have bad dandruff sometimes, and ill sometimes scratch too hard 😐. I didn’t notice I scratched it so hard that it started to bleed, idek how bad the cut is tbh. Should I leave it alone & let it heal on its own? Or is there anything I can use to heal it?

Also what are some tips on how to get rid of dandruff? Head & shoulders doesn’t really work for me..
