High Sex Drive

So I have an odd question. I don't think I am addicted to sex, but I feel like I have a really high sex drive. How do you decipher if it's an addiction to sex or if it's just a high sex drive? Other than masturbating and hobbies what are some things you ladies do to keep it under control? My other half is doing his best to keep up, but this is like a daily to twice a day thing for me and eventually it starts to hurts him.
