16 wks feeling baby above belly button

I'm a little over 16 weeks and since I turned 16 weeks on Thursday I've been feeling baby above my belly button. I've even seen a round lump there and when I pushed on her she moved.. I lost a baby in Feb and found out I was pregnant with rainbow baby in April, could I just be further along then what we're thinking??

I go to dr on Tuesday, so I do plan on asking him as well..
