Problem

So my family have a problem were they have period for a long time and they were diagnosed with a thing and they take pills for it. And lately my period has been long; for example I’ll have a 19 day period and 2 days later I’ll get a 14 day long period and I’ll go on. I scheduled a meeting a week ago and they said they’ll call me in 2 days and I still haven’t gotten a call. What do I do?
