Can you get your period after ovulation?

I was just ovulating a few days ago and know I’m bleeding heavy like my period and have cramps too.

Answer

You do get ur period after ovulation. Usually 10-16 days after, the phase between ovulation and menses is the Luteal Phase. Sometimes if it's short it's called Leteal Phase Defect (lpd). Are u tracking? Upload ur chart and I'll have a look..
