Could I be further along?

My last (light) period was on June 20th...

I believe I ovulated on June 29th

I tested on July 11th - and got a faint positive

I then tested ‘4 weeks’ after my last period on July 18th and got a much stronger line

My first symptoms showed up before my period was due (severe gas pains) which are still happening a few weeks later... My doctor seems to think that was odd that I got symptoms before my period was due

I went to doctors yesterday - and she seems to think that I am further along than I am - she thinks my June 20th period was maybe spotting...

If that’s the case wouldn’t my July 11th test be a lot darker??

I am confused - I have an ultrasound scheduled for next week but wondering everyone’s thoughts.
