HCG Trigger shot

I was wondering if it makes sense to do a trigger shot if I normally ovulate on my own and only have 1 mature follicle? Also can follistem be taken late into cycle day 11 to mature more small follicles and will it disrupt the one large maturing follicle I have? I’m turning 36 tomorrow and trying for my rainbow baby. After miscarriage in April took me 3 months to have cycle again. I ovulate usually day 15/16 monthly prior to SAB but surge and temps are minimal and wondering if I could get a stronger more productive ovulation with a trigger shot or doesn’t matter. Thanks for any advice!
