worried

so my bf and i have been having sex here and there this whole month and eve says i’m 6 days late on my period but i always ignore it bc my period is VERY irregular so it never comes on the same day or anything. well i still haven’t gotten my period so im a little worried. 😥 we always use protection and we always check the condoms to make sure they’re not ripped or anything. the times we’ve had sex we checked the condoms and they didn’t look torn or anything so idk what the problem would be. any tips or suggestions? i was thinking of taking a test today or tomorrow.
