One or Two Embryo FET?

I am 27 (will have just turned 28 for my FET). My husband and I just adopted two AA blastocyst embryos, we have unexplained infertility. My doctor is giving us the option of transferring one or both. We are so excited, but trying to decide what to do.
We are allowed to adopt / be matched with two embryos at a time through their program and in their shared risk program have up to six transfers for a flat rate.
Our beautiful embryos were donated by a couple with unexplained infertility, like us. They had 7 embryos in their cycle. They transferred two: one chemical, one healthy pregnancy. Then they conceived their second child naturally. Three embryos were donated to another couple (we don’t know the outcome).
The donor women was 35 years old during the IVF cycle and donor man was 40 years old.

I did a FET after my fresh failed, we put in 2 and one stuck. The embryos were my husband and my own, we had secondary unexplained infertility. I am 35 and he is 45. I put in 2 becasue we have an insane amount if embryos, but if we only had 2 like you guys do, I would probably just do one at a time. Good luck!!!!!

Since the woman was 35 I would transfer both embryos.

Putting in both risks losing them both of the uterine environment is not great. Lots of research suggests one is best unless age is a factor

I’d do research on this if I were you. There is no evidence to suggest transferring 2 will increase the success rate. It’s actually the opposite, it increases risks to both baby and mother. In Australia you can only get 2 transferred if your over 40 or have had multiple IVF failures.

We did two to raise the chances of it working from 50 to 60% and one took. My due date is actually today. We were ok with twins if it happened. We still have one frozen. I’m 37 and my husband is 39.

I am 26 and my husband is 29 and we have male factor infertility due to poor sperm morphology we did ivf with icsi. My first transfer was frozen of one AA embryo and it stuck I am now 11 weeks 6 days. Through the whole process I really wanted to transfer 2 however my physician really pushed for only 1 because of the risks of multiples. I really wanted to be pregnant and would have welcomed twins however right now I am so thankful I am having a healthy low risk pregnancy. Overall I say go with what you doctor says and what you feel in your heart is best.

I’ve turned 36 and we did one fresh cycle but one Embryo and sadly it failed! We just done our 2nd round in June but time this transferred 2 frozen Embryos and I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant, we don’t find out until Monday if one or two have taken..... Anyhow it really depends on the advice of your fertility doctor and how you feel if 2 take :)

Are you okay with twins? If you are, there’s no harm in transferring both. If you only want one child at a time, then only transfer one.

Thank you so much everyone. I’ve done tons of research, but it’s ultimately also such an emotional decision. After two failed IVF retrievals and one failed transfer. I would welcome twins, the cost of each FET really adds up too, and the drugs are not fun.
That said the risks to a twin pregnancy are what make me second guess myself. I know that so many pregnancies are healthy, but some require long NICU stays.
My doctor said that the donors likely had about 50% of their embryos chromosomal abnormal based on their age. Receiving 2/7 it could be any which luck of the draw. 
The statistics my clinic gave me is if we transfer one: 35-40% chance of live birth... if we transfer two 50% chance of live birth (20% will be Twins/ 30% Singleton). The stats aren’t great either way....
