Getting rid of hormonal acne?

I went off OCPs about 6 months ago because my husband and I are TTC. My face had been mostly clear for 5 years on OCPs except for the random pimple around my period. Now, my face is covered in nasty yellow pinples on my face, neck, chest, and shoulders. I've tried everything I can think of. I've tried different acne body washes, acne face washes, going without makeup for two to three days at a time, salicylic acid spot treatment, taking vitamins, washing my face twice a day and doing peels three times a week. Charcoal scrubs. I have tried it all. Is there anything else that you have tried that works wonders. I look like I'm 13 and just hit puberty or like I don't wash myself. I need help!
