Husband won’t get tested

We’ve been trying for a baby for over year now and it has been unsuccessful. I’ve gone and had test done and they say that I’m ok but my husband won’t go get his speed check. He says it const $150-200 for the test. My thought process is you can spend $100-209 on meaningless bullshit but won’t use he money to check your sperm. I’m getting frustrated and depressed about it. I’m 32 with a history of cancer and I really want to have a child and he claims he does too but I’m confused on why he won’t get tested. Any advise ladies?
