Guys, I was pouring water into my little brothers mouth and I saw this.. his tooth looks like it cracked. He has this on the top and on the bottom. We are taking him to the dentist as soon as possible. It does not hurt him.Anyone know what this might be?

Its a cavity, decent size one. You can see that the enamel on the outside is a thin shell so it’s likely deep. If it doesn’t bother him now it probably will soon.
