Nose ring with allergies?

Question

I have really bad allergies and Ive been wanting to get my nose pierced.  But Im not sure if its a bad idea with me havin allergies or not. Anyone have any advice or experiences?

Sorry, couldn't help myself. Anyway! As a person who also has severe allergies my nose ring has never exacerbated them or made it any different.

I've had a nose ring for yrs and I have allergies .. It's doesn't bother me

The ring they peirced it with though they told me not to take it out for at least 6mths - a yr .. Then I can change it .. It was still okay tho

I had a long post on one stud that actually cut my septum while blowing my nose repeatedly from allergies. But now I only wear a hoop and it never bothers me.
