Am I just going crazy?

We found out I was pregnant on July 2nd through a blood draw (period start date was supposed to be July 2nd), started bleeding July 3rd and got it confirmed that my levels had dropped to a 3HgC on July 5th. They said I was miscarrying and should start my period soon. Well here we are 3.5 weeks later and still no period but I still have all of my pregnancy symptoms minus the sore breasts and my belly just keeps getting bigger. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and I dont see a line on either. What is going on with me?! Could I still be pregnant or am I just going mentally insane since this is our third loss??
