period twice in 1 month with iud

im on the kyleena iud, & im about to make 3 months. I got my period a little over 2 weeks ago, & then after about 8 days i began spotting & ive been spotting ever since. Today i was bleeding so hard that i needed to wear a tampon, so could there possibly be something wrong w my iud or is my body still getting use to it?

Before my iud my period would be about 5 days heavy bleeding the first 2-3 days & then extremely light the next few. My period would always come a couple days late & when it finished, it was over for good.

So should I be worried? Has this happened to you?
