Nexplanon?

So I got my nexplanon implant inserted 6 weeks after having my son. The first month was fine but the last 3-4 months have been CONSTANT bleeding/spotting. Some days are worse than others. I assume when it’s at the worst, that is likely when my actual “period” is happening. It’s so annoying! But recently I have been very weak, tired, and getting headaches literally every single day. I think the constant bleeding is causing me to be anemic. Has this happened with anyone else? I have an appointment August 30th with my OBGYN and I’m really considering having it removed and just getting my tubes tied! I don’t want to have to worry with potentially forgetting a pill, having a ring I need to remove, or an IUD because of the side effects. Ugh, I hate being a woman sometimes 😒
